Music Lovers Chennai, group of music enthusiast from the city, is all set to pay a rich musical tribute to one of the greatest singer-entertainers of all times in the Hindi film industry, Kishore Kumar. The event titled ‘Salaam! Kishore Da’ will take place on September 16 at 6.15 pm at the Museum Theatre, Egmore. It is an attempt to recreate some of the most cherished ‘live-on-stage’ moments of the maestro.
Kishore Kumar’s voice for the evening will be Surojit Guha, a familiar voice in the Indian music circles. Lending her enchanting voice for the duets will be Usha Raj.Songs have been hand-picked from favorites including Jhumroo, Padosan, Aradhana and Abhimaan.
