Syndicate Bank revised its interest rates on Wednesday. For prospective home buyers, loans will now be available at 10.50 per cent (EMI Rs 944 per lakh) up to Rs 25 lakh for 25 years and at 10.75 per cent for loans between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 75 lakh.
However, loans above Rs 75 lakh will attract an interest rate of 10.90 per cent. The bank will now offer up to 95 per cent cost of a four-wheeler as loan at an interest of 10.75 per cent for 84 months. Interestingly, the bank will not levy processing or documentation charges for both auto and home loans as part of its festive offer.
