Seven Acres Land for Housing Poor

The Greater Hyderabad Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has acquired seven acres of prime land in Ameerpet for constructing two BHK houses for the poor.

HYDERABAD:The Greater Hyderabad Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has acquired seven acres of prime land in Ameerpet for constructing two BHK houses for the poor.

Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department has handed over seven acres of prime land belonging to State Health Transport Organisation (SHTO) located in Ameerpet to the GHMC for the purpose.

Two days ago, GHMC special officer Somesh Kumar had written a letter to HMFW principal secretary, Suresh Chanda to hand over the SHTO land in Ameerpet to the GHMC.

There is an open seven-acre belonging to SHTO under the Medical and Health Department abutting Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar main road. This land was found suitable for development of housing for the poor and Somesh Kumar requested the health department to hand over the land to them.
