Cyberabad Municipal Corporation razes 21 illegal buildings, continued its drive unauthorised buildings

HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) continued its enforcement drive against unauthorised under-construction buildings across Serilingampally, Kukatpally and Quthbullapur zones on Thursday.

Field teams identified 54 unauthorised constructions and demolished 21 of them. They also served 14 notices and sealed one building. The remaining 33 cases will be taken up for demolition and other action as per procedure.

Serilingampally recorded nine demolitions, followed by Kukatpally with six and Quthbullapur with six.

CMC Commissioner G Srijana directed town planning and enforcement teams to continue daily inspections and closely monitor unauthorised constructions to ensure compliance with building regulations.
