In view of the partial closure of the Dubai Airport runway, some flights of Air India Express will be operated from and to Sharjah instead of Dubai from May 1 to July 14. No flight from Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram has been affected by the closure. However, one flight from Kozhikode- IX353/IX352- scheduled for Sundays, will be operated as Kozhikode-Sharjah-Kozhikode instead of Kozhikode-Dubai-Kozhikode.
Likewise, the daily flight IX823/IX824 from Mangalore and IX387/IX388 on Sundays will be operated as Mangalore-Sharjah-Mangalore while the daily service IX615/IX616 from Tiruchirapally will also be to and from Sharjah.
