KOCHI: George Sleeba, Director (Production and HR), V-Guard Industries, has been selected for the Ramaswamy Cup instituted by the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE), National Council for 2013.
The award is given every year to an industrial engineering professional who has contributed significantly to the growth of the industrial engineering profession in their organisation.
The award will be presented at the 56th national convention of IIIE at Vizag Steel Plant at Visakhapatanam on September 11.
George Sleeba is the former chairman and managing director of FACT and is presently the Chairman of the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering-Kerala Chapter.
He was also the Chairman of Fertiliser Association of India-Southern Region.
