THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Jalam Kondu Murivettaval (One who was wounded by water), a documentary written and directed by R S Vimal, will be screened at the 11th Mumbai International Film Festival.

The screening will be held at the international festival, to be held at the National Centre for Performing Arts at Nariman Point from February 3 to 9.  The documentary, an emotional depiction of the unbelievable love story of Moideen and Kanchana, explores the romantic trials and tribulations of the protagonist, Kanchana.

Jalam Kondu Murivettaval has won many awards and recognitions, including the television award of the State Government. R S Vimal is a senior producer of Jaihind TV.
