Pawan Kalyan, Harvard doctors meet Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu on Uddanam kidney problems

The medical experts from Harvard University visited Uddanam last week to study the root cause of the renal problems there.

VIJAYAWADA: Jana Sena chief and film star Pawan Kalyan called on Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu at the Interim Government Complex (IGC) at Velagapudi on Thursday to discuss the kidney problems in the Uddanam area of Srikakulam district.

Pawan Kalyan along with a team of medical experts from Harvard University arrived at IGC, accompanied by health minister Kamineni Srinivas. The medical experts from Harvard University visited Uddanam last week to study the root cause of the renal problems there.

The team is expected to give a Power Point presentation of its observations and suggest certain remedies. The health department is also reported to be giving a presentation on the measures initiated like setting up of dialysis units to address the issue.
