Vel Tech High Tech Dr RR Dr SR Engineering College, Chennai, recently organised its eighth Graduation Day. CK Ranganathan, Chairman and Managing Director of CavinKare,was the Chief Guest of the occasion, and Col Prof Vel R Rangarajan, Founder-President, Vel Tech Institutions, presided over the function. Sakuntala Rangarajan, Founder and Vice-Chairman, Vel Tech Institutions, declared the Graduation Ceremony open. Chairperson and Managing Trustee, Rangarajan Mahalakshmi, Vel Tech Group of Institutions, delivered the inaugural address. Prof Ramesh, Principal, Vel Tech High Tech Dr RR Dr SR Engineering College welcomed the gathering. The Chairman distributed the degree to over 500 graduands and also distributed the gold medals to 10 Anna University rank holders. KVD Kishore Kumar, Vice-President, faculty and parents participated in the ceremony.
