Vijayashanthi confident of Congress coming to power

Congress party star campaigner Vijayashanthi alleged that TRS is making false promises.

KARIMNAGAR: Congress party star campaigner Vijayashanthi alleged that TRS is making false promises. She along with AICC secretary Srinivasan Krishnan and TPCC publicity chairman Mallu Batti Vikramarka addressed the Mahila Sadassu programme at the party office here on Saturday. The programme was organised by KG to PG educational institutions JAC.

Vijayashanthi said, in 2014 elections people voted for TRS, but now they will not repeat the same mistake. She said there are no women ministers in the TRS government. On the occasion, she suggested women to be strong and not to take any extreme step due to trivial reasons. She expressed confidence that  Congress will form the government in Telangana. 

Batti Vikramarka alleged that TRS government is neglecting the Education sector. He said that even the Arogyasri scheme, which was launched by the Congress government, is not being implemented properly. He said that when Congress government comes to the power they will revamp the scheme. Later, they participated in a road show in Manakondur Assembly constituency.
