Kavitha Lankesh, who was on a hiatus is back to helm a film. The director’s last project was Kariya Kanbitta that released in 2014.
Interestingly, this yet-to-be titled film will be produced former President Radhakrishnan’s grandson Subramanya Sharma G. He is passionate about films and wants to produce one good film a year under the banner, Sudeeksha Movies.
This being Kavitha’s eighth film in her career, the story and screenplay is written by her.
The director has roped in Case No 18/9 fame Niranjan Shetty. She will be finalising the rest of the cast soon and is all set to start shoot in March. While the shooting will take place in North Karnataka, the team also plans to travel abroad.
