Another double role has come Mohanlal’s way. The superstar is all set to don the father-son garb.
The actor who had been exceptional in playing such roles in films like ‘Raavanaprabhu’, ‘Uncle Bun’ and ‘Udayon’, will again play the father and the son in the new movie by Shajoon Kariyal titled ‘Talkies’.
The movie will tell the tale fate of a young man, Raveendran Nair, who has to somehow run a movie house named Kamala Talkies located in a rural pocket in village named Ramanthuruthu. Mohanlal will appear as Raveendran Nair and also as his father, who has returned from Singapore.
It was Raveendran Nair’s father who actually constructed the talkies which was once the sole centre of attraction of the village. S Suresh Babu will script this movie which will start its shoot by the end of next month.
