In a recent interview, Hema Rukmani, CEO, Thenandal Studios Limited hinted that there could be a sequel to the Vijay-starrer Mersal.
Now, the official Instagram handle of the production house has conducted a poll as to how many were in favour of Mersal 2.
The response on social media is said to be tremendous. Apparently, the poll was featured in the story section of the App, and was taken down in 24 hours of upload.
Vijay’s next is with AR Murugadoss like we had reported. Perhaps all these developments mean that Mersal 2 could be in the pipeline.
