Having pushed the boundaries of horror cinema with 2015 film Calling Bell, director Panna Royal is now planning a sequel to the film. According to the makers, Panna Royal will show more technical prowess in this film, which will be of “high standards”.
“Calling Bell was a big success and a major turning point in my career. I had some time to plan this film and usually when sequels release, the audience expect their excitement to be doubled. In that regard, the producers have been extremely supportive. They told me not to compromise on quality and ensured that there will not be any constraint in budget. Details on the film’s starcast and technicians will be announced soon,” the director said.
