Chaos ensues as bus falls off bridge near Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh

The bus had collided with the road divider, veered to one side and shot over the railing, where it fell 30 ft and lay trapped. (EPS | P Ravindra Babu)

Rescue efforts were hampered by the cramped space within which the bus got lodged, and with passengers still trapped inside, gas cutters had to be used. (EPS | P Ravindra Babu)
