Padma Awards 2018: Illaiyaraja, Ghulam Mustafa Khan, 41 others receive prestigious civilian honour

Noted music composer Illaiyaraja, Hindustani classical singer Ghulam Mustafa Khan and 41 other prominent personalities were conferred the prestigious Padma awards for 2018.
