SRINAGAR: Suspected militants today hurled a grenade on a police party here in Jammu and Kashmir, in which four persons were injured, police said.     

Three policemen and a civilian suffered injuries in the explosion which occurred near the office of superintendent of police, North City, at Khanyar, officials said.     

A police official said the grenade exploded on the roadside, resulting in injuries to the policemen and the civilian.     

Further details are awaited, the official said.
