Gangster Gurjeet Singh Ladda, key accused in Nabha jailbreak, arrested in Punjab

Police are investigating and interrogating Ladda to get more information about the escape and his accomplices who are still at large.

CHANDIGARH: The key accused of infamous Nabha Jail break, gangster Gurjeet Singh Ladda, has been arrested.
 
The District police and organised crime branch of Punjab Police arrested Ladda on Monday night in Rajpura, Punjab.
 
Ladda was nabbed near a police barricading in Rajpura. Police are investigating and interrogating Ladda to get more information about the escape and his accomplices who are still at large.
 
Ladda is said to be one of the key accused for his involvement in the infamous Nabha Jail break that took place in November last year.
 
He is believed to be the mastermind behind the escape plan in which six dreaded criminals, involving terrorists, fled from the prison facility.
 
Ladda was also wanted for heinous crimes such as kidnapping and murder.
