GUWAHATI: In view of the volatile situation in Meghalaya capital Shillong, tourist taxi service from Guwahati has been suspended till normalcy returns.
The Tourist Car Association of Guwahati announced of it's decision today after a few vehicles ferrying tourists from Guwahati to Shillong were attacked over the last couple of days.
Till the situation returns to normal in Shillong, tourist taxis will not run from Guwahati to Shillong.
