BHUBANESWAR: A private television channel, which was under scanner in Artha Tatwa Group scam, is likely to come under radar of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch which has now found its alleged link with Rose Valley Group.

During interrogation, Rose Valley chief Gautam Kundu revealed to the investigators that the firm had carried out transactions with the local TV channel to acquire a franchise. The EOW is likely to take up further probe into it.
Importantly, the EOW has sent a team to Kolkata to secure a list of the depositors from Odisha who had invested in Rose Valley. Kundu has admitted that it had mobilised `490 crore from the State of which it had paid back `130 crore. The list of investors for the rest `360 crore is apparently available with the CA of Rose Valley Group.
The EOW already has a list of investors which the company had furnished before the Orissa High Court.
