HYDERABAD: Chief Sub-Editor with The New Indian Express Ali bin Abdullah passed away late on Tuesday night while undergoing treatment. He had suffered a head injury while returning home from work on his motorcycle on May 6 and had been in hospital since then. A resident of BHEL MIGH Colony, Ramachandrapuram, Ali never recovered from the coma he went into following his head injury.

He is survived by his wife, two children, parents, a brother and four sisters.
