Express News Service

Following complaints of irregularities in implementing rule of reservation in open category posts in DSC-2012 in some districts, secondary education minister K Parthasarathy on Monday assured that the matter would be discussed in detail with the chief secretary Minnie Mathew on Jan 2.

A delegation led by MRPS founder Manda Krishna Madiga, BC Welfare Association leader R Krishnaiah and Telangana Gazetted Officers Association president Srinivasa Goud called on the minister at the secretariat.

The leaders wanted the government to follow rule of reservation so that SC, ST and BC candidates of Telangana region would not lose opportunity in the open category.

Speaking to reporters later, the minister said that they would adopt a policy on filling up posts under open category.

Later, another meeting would be held with chief minister to finalise the modalities, he added.
