Congress MLA meets Jagan at prison

Pedana Congress MLA Jogi Ramesh (Krishna district), who voted in support of the no-confidence motion against Kiran Kumar Reddy government, along with eight other Congress MLAs recently, called on YSR Cong president and Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, at Chanchalguda prison here on Thursday.

He closeted with Jagan Mohan Reddy for about two hours, in a prelude to joining the YSR Congress.

He told mediapersons later that he wanted to help YSR family, which has been going through a tough time now.

He sang YSR Cong refrain that there was a tacit understanding between the Congress and opposition Telugu Desam Party.
