Pawan Kalyan meets intellectuals on issues of north Andhra Pradesh

Pawan Kalyan said that he had supported the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in 2014 expecting that it would do good to the state.

VISAKHAPATNAM:  Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday said that in every nook and corner of the three districts of north coastal Andhra Pradesh, people have been facing a number of health hazards. He said that in Uddanam region of Srikakulam district, the locals have been suffering from chronic kidney disease (CKD) for decades now, while in Pedapenki area of Vizianagaram, elephantiasis has been bothering the residents. 

Addressing a meeting of intellectuals from the north coastal Andhra Pradesh on the backwardness of north Andhra at Sai Priya Resorts at Rushikonda here on Wednesday, Pawan Kalyan said that he had supported the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in 2014 expecting that it would do good to the state. He said that he had expected the YSRCP would indulge in land scams if it would come to power in 2014 but the TDP after occupying the gaddi proved worse.
