Judicial custody of Mohamad Haris Nalapad extended by 14 days

The First ACMM Court on Monday extended the judicial custody of Nalpad, who was arrested for the alleged brutal attack on a businessman's son Vidvath Loganathan at Farzi Cafe in UB City.

BENGALURU: The Judicial custody of Mohamad Haris Nalapad, son of Congress sitting Legislator N A Haris, was extended by 14 days.

The First ACMM Court on Monday extended the judicial custody of Nalapad, who was arrested for the alleged brutal attack on a businessman's son Vidvath Loganathan at Farzi Cafe in UB City on February 17.

Nalapad was produced before the Judge through video conferencing.

The judge extended his judicial custody.

The First ACMM Court has refused him bail again and has asked the continuation of judicial custody of Nalapad and his six associates.

Immediately after the incident, Nalapad, who was KPCC Youth Wing General Secretary, was removed from the post and he was suspended for six years from the party's primary membership.
