THIRUVANATHAPURAM: Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said here on Wednesday that the future of the Palmolein case would be decided by the court and he was not ready to comment on it as the issue was before the Vigilance court.

After the routine Cabinet meeting, the Chief Minister was responding to the queries from the media whether the Government would withdraw the case against the background of the death of the first accused in the case, former Chief Minister K Karunakaran. ''I am not ready to comment. There is precedence to similar situations and the court will take its due course of action,'' he said.
