KOLLAM : As part of the introduction of the SMS facility for registering complaints relating to power failure, the consumers in the district can file their complaints by sending the consumer number and section office code to 537252.
The SMS has to be sent in the following format: kseb section code consumer number.
Executive Engineer of Kollam Electrical Division in a statement said that if the consumer felt that the complaint was not addressed properly, he/she could register a complaint in the toll-free number, 155333.
Various section codes under the Kollam Electrical Division are: Kilikolloor-4564, Perinad and Kanjiramkuzhi-4563, Ayathil-4565, Pallimukku-4566, Tangasseri- 4562, Kadappakada-4559, Cantonment-4558, Olayil-4560.
