SBT Launches 'CARE Centre'

The State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has introduced a separate ‘CARE Centre’ to redress the grievances of customers.

Any customer who is not satisfied with the service of the bank or who experiences any difficulty with the services, can now send an SMS message to 56363. The customer will then receive an automated reply in his/her mobile phone, ‘We acknowledge receipt of your message. We will contact you at the earliest’.

The customer can also give a missed call to 9847198471 to avail of the service. An official from the Customer Service Department will then contact the customer for an early redressal of the grievance. This is a unique service from the premier bank of the state to maximise customer satisfaction in all the dealings with the bank.
