THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:The fourth anniversary celebrations of the UDF Government led by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister himself at the Senate Hall here at 4 p.m. on Monday.

Chandy would launch a string of welfare schemes during the occasion that would also be attended by the Cabinet Ministers and people’s representatives.
