ROURKELA: Students of Ispat English Medium School (IEMS) have come out with flying colours in the Class X and Class XII  examination conducted by the Council Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).

IEMS principal Basanti Mohanty said that Madhusmita Das secured 98.1 per cent in Class X. In Class XII science stream, IEMS student Pallavi Sahu with 95 pc was the school topper.  Sources said altogether 112 students took the Class X examination and all passed with 40 students securing more than 90 pc, while 19 students secured above 95 pc. Similarly in Class XII, 187 students appeared and all passed with 15 students bagging above 90 pc.

 St Paul’s School principal Father Joseph said Prayag Biswal of Class X with 96.8 pc was the school topper, while Adhar Amritt with 91.83 pc topped the school in Class XII science stream.  In Class XII examination, three students of the school secured above 90 pc, while 32 got above 90 pc in Class X.

 Hem Shruti Bharadwaj with 94.2 pc in Class XII science stream emerged topper of the St Joseph’s School, while Reema Soreng with 95.4 pc was the highest scorer in Class X  of the school. Manpreet Kaur topped the school in Class XII commerce stream with 93 pc.
