Movement to Achieve Kalam's Vision

RAMESWARAM:In order to achieve former president APJ Abdul Kalam’s vision of  ‘Developed India’,  Abdul Kalam Ambitious Indian Movement (Abdul Kalam Latchiya Indhiya Iyakkam) has been launched here on Friday.

A special worship was also conducted at Mohideen Andavar mosque in Rameswaram on the eve of 40th day of Kalam’s death.

After the special worship, Kalam’s scientific adviser V Ponraj said, “The Abdul Kalam Ambitious Indian Movement will work with the State and Central government to create ambitious youngsters. Kalam wanted to increase knowledge among the youth for the development of country. We will work to achieve his 10 commandments, which he had mentioned in his India 2020 vision.”

The movement will operate from New Delhi. An exclusive website www.abdulkalam.com has also been launched, he said.
