TIRUPUR:While the general public and local associations were seen distributing sweets at Avinashi, the farmers and ardent supporters of the Athikadavu-Avinashi Groundwater Recharge Scheme were not so happy even after the budget allocation of D250 crore in the State budget presented by the State Finance Minister D Jayakumar, as the state government is yet to arrive at the finalised blue print of the scheme proposed almost six decades ago.
