Thiagarajan Kumararaja might begin his next

From our online archive

Director Thiagarajan Kumararaja, of the award-winning cult classic Aaranya Kaandam (2010) fame, who later helped Gautham Menon with additional screenplay in the Ajith-Trisha starrer Yennai Arindhaal (2015), might soon work on his next. If the grapevine is anything to go by, the filmmaker is likely to direct his next, touted to be a multi-starrer.  According to sources, he’s in talks with Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi.

Sources added that initial discussions are on; but nothing has been finalised. “He was working on a script for more than two years. But it didn’t get materialise. Then, he wrote this one.

However, he’ll be making an official announcement regarding this soon,” the source told us. Meanwhile, we hear that Kumararaja will be producing the film himself with a few. Watch this space for more details.
