Palak Lalwani has been signed on opposite GV Prakash in Tamil action-comedy, Kuppathu Raja. While Palak is the heroine, Poonam Bajwa will play the second lead.
The film, which has Parthiepan in a pivotal role, marks the directorial debut of choreographer Baba Bhaskar.
It was in the news recently, the makers had erected a huge set of the slum in the city. We hear Poonam, who has joined the shooting a week back, plays the role of an Anglo-Indian girl in this film.
