Meet 78-year-old Padma Shri Meenakshi Amma. She is the oldest female practitioner of #Kalaripayattu in India. Meenakshi Amma has been a driving force in the revival of Kalarippayattu and in encouraging girls to take it up. In 2017, she received Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award, for her contribution to the field of Kalaripayattu.
