Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay urged the Centre to release Rs 5,110 crore in pending Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) funds to the state without any conditions.
Speaking in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Chennai, Vijay also welcomed the inauguration of Chennai Metro Rail Phase II and other infrastructure projects.
