BANGALORE: Murdered BPO employee Payal Sureka's last comment on her husband Anant Narayan Mishra's photo on a popular social networking site was "My handsome hunk.... who means the world to me.... :)". She left the comment on Dec 12.

Mishra's testimonial to her in another networking site said: "tum saath ho jab apne, duniya ko dikha denge, hum maut ko jeene ka, andaz sikha denge", which are the lyrics from a popular Hindi film song.

This holds mirror to the love and affection the couple shared.

Sureka and Mishra were in love for a few years and were married in Bhuvaneshwar five years ago.

The couple were settled in the city for many years.

She did her MSc in Zoology and worked with HSBC Bank for some time. They had to leave Bangalore nine months ago to look after Mishra's father who was ailing. A month ago, she returned from Bhuvaneshwar and started working with Dell, while Mishra stayed back in Bhubaneswar.

Surekha liked the locality so much that she chose the same area to stay in when she returned.

Her profile on a popular networking site said: "I believe that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become."
