Vodaphone Bill Payment Facility at Post Offices

KOCHI: Vodafone India, in collaboration with Adharva Associates, introduced postpaid bill payment facility through computerised post offices in Kerala. This first of its kind initiative has been launched at post offices in order to make bill payments easy and secure and for customers irrespective of their location.

Through this initiative, Vodafone takes postpaid bill payment facility closer to home for customers living at remote locations.

This facility is available at 125 computerised post offices and over the coming months will be extended to all the 1,500 computerised post offices in Kerala. Currently Vodafone offers prepaid recharges facilities in over 700 post offices in the state.

“Vodafone already has one of the highest retail footprints in the state. Bill payment facility at post offices will further increase the reach and speed of our services,” said S Murali, Business head - Kerala, Vodafone India.
