Strive for order to prevent complexity

Unclear thoughts and constant deviations fromnormal routines lead to complexities.

From our online archive

Clarity is to have a clear view and action in everything we do. When there are frequent deviations in our routine, it complicates the situation. Differences in opinions, perceptions, results, relations and approaches explain the content and extent of the complexity of a given issue. Unclear actions and conversations, and also frequent surprises in any activity, which deviates from its normal course, lead to complexity. This situation can easily be avoided with simple solutions.

Follow the principles of the normalcy to overcome complexity. Accept people as they are but help them become better. Find out what’s missing and take initiatives to correct and fulfill them. Instead of speedy actions in complex situations, a slow and steady approach with patience and perseverance, is better.

Be clear in your thought process — it leads to clear conceptions and generates new answers and better results. When changes are creeping in and small deviations are becoming uncontrollable, it leads to complexity.

Guidelines to overcome the complexity are more easier to adhere than the rules. Lack of information, negative approach and ‘I do not know’ tendency are some of the key factors that leads to complexity.

Insignificant and small matters that  cause complexity in some situations  should be separated to have clarity. For instance, a group is formed for a specific activity. In due course, if the group does not perform as expected, the weakness or the reason should be found and removed. Just adding more numbers to complete the given task when the root cause remains unresolved is not the right choice.

A neglected person, an unacknowledged help, an uncorrected error, an unappreciated employee, an unreturned phone call, an unresponded smile, etc are some of reasons for complex situations. Use your intuition to think logically and analyse the situation.

Proper attention should be given to small loopholes to avoid big problems. Order, complexity, chaos and clearing are the natural phases of the continuum of events. If there’s no order, it does decline into complexity.

Come together in complexity and generate clarity together. The common clarity can be a boon for growth and development for the society. Think together through mutual respect and trust and always offer and receive support.
