MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Antara Mali, famous for her glamorous roles, has shaved off her hair for Amol Palekar's film ‘And Once Again’, adopting a totally deglamourised avatar to essay the role of a monk in Sikkim.
Directed by Amol, the film has been produced by Sangrila Kreations and also stars Rajat Kapoor and Rituparna Sengupta.
The film talks about the repercussions of violence on human life and its lingering shadow on all of us with its startling shades.
In the past, Antara has done films like ‘Company’, ‘Road’, ‘Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon’, ‘Gayab’ and ‘Naach’ among others. She was last seen in 'Mr Ya Miss’ five years ago.
The 30-year-old actress got married to Che Kurien, the editor of GQ magazine, last year.
