Simbu Hands Over His Twitter 'Handle' to Fans

Express News Service

Simbu, who has always been active on Twitter, has now decided to keep away from the social networking platform. However, he made it clear that his account would be active and is to be managed by the members of his fan club. In a statement, the actor, whose last film, Vaalu, did reasonably well in the box office, said, “I am very thankful to my fans and friends who have been following me on Twitter. From now on, my Twitter handle will be controlled by my fan club authorities.” Stating that he would choose to use his Twitter handle only when ‘a situation’ demanded it, Simbu made it clear that as an artiste, his primary duty would be to provide films of content and quality to his fans. He said, “An artiste’s connection to his fans is quality films, and I am very confident that my fans will understand my stand on this.”
