HYDERABAD: HMR managing director NVS Reddy on Saturday expressed happiness over a “remarkable behavioural change in Hyderabadis”. According to him, passengers are following queue system & voluntarily obeying the instructions to follow discipline. “Hats off to the innate capability of Hyderabadis to adjust to ‘global city’ culture,” he said.  

He said that L&T is stopping issue of tickets at 9.30 pm to control crowds & to close operations at least by 11 pm (last train has to leave at 10 pm from Miyapur, Ameerpet & Nagole, so that the passengers reach  their destination stations by 11 pm).With regard to use of Metro stations as FoBs, he said that both sides of the station can be used as FoB/Skywalks to cross the road.
