New Delhi, Nov 8 (PTI) The Delhi government today signeda twin city agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Governmentfor strengthening cooperation in the fields of e-governance,transportation, climate change and smart city.

The agreement - Establishment of Friendship CityRelationship - was signed between Seoul (South Korea)Metropolitan Government led by Mayor Park Won Soon and ChiefMinister Arvind Kejriwal.

Speaking on the occasion, Kejriwal said, "It isinteresting to have a twin city agreement to establishfriendship and cooperation."Other areas of cooperation that the agreement proposesare - environment, culture & tourism, education, waste water,solid waste management, public health and youth exchange amongothers.
