KOLLAM: ‘Penalty Kickile Sadhyathakal’, the collection of short stories by S.A. Hafis won the Thoppil Ravi Literary Award for the year. The award comprises a cash prize of Rs 10,000, a citation and a sculpture. Water Resources Minister N.K.
