Two unidentified assailants shot a non-resident Indian (NRI) at his residence in Punjab on August 24. The victim, Sukhchain Singh, resides in Daburji village on the outskirts of Amritsar. He was allegedly intercepted by the duo on his morning walk. They took him inside his house and reportedly asked for the registration documents of his luxury car.
