Tamil Nadu Deputy CM Udhayanidhi Stalin on Thursday filed his nomination as the DMK candidate from Chepauk-Thiruvallikeni constituency. Udhayanidhi Stalin is the son of CM MK Stalin and grandson of former CM M. Karunanidhi. He is the sitting MLA from the constituency and is contesting against AIADMK candidate Adhirajaram. In 2021 elections, he had won the seat by a margin of 69,335 votes. He expressed confidence in DMK winning the upcoming elections under the leadership of his father
