The Bihar government has allowed only 20 people to attend weddings and funeral in the state amid surge in Covid-19 cases. But according to reports, this is hardly being followed.
CM Nitish Kumar made the announcement after chairing a high-level meeting, convened to take a decision on the lockdown, which was in place from May 5 to 15.

As per a press release, an FIR was filed on Tuesday at the Patrakar Nagar Police Station after the incident was also brought to light on social media.
Of the fresh fatalities, 15 were reported from Patna district, eight from West Champaran and six each from Muzaffarpur and Nalanda districts.
