BENGALURU: An exclusive display of a range of jewels was held at Phoenix Kessaku, Rajajinagar on Tuesday. The exhibition was inaugurated by chief guest, Veena Jain, winner of Mrs India Beauty Queen Classic, 2016 .
Meena Jain of Le Connoisseur, shop for a cause, a launchpad for high luxury products including clothing and furniture, launched the latest collections of two designers, Rashmi Govind and Kusum Jain at the event. A part of the sales goes to the promotion of girls’ education. Veena admired the collection, “ It is an exotic collection, something so distinctive and exclusive but at the same time priced very reasonably.”
Veena is set to represent India in the 2017 Mrs Globe Classic pageant, which is to be held in Las Vegas in the month of June.
An entrepreneur by profession , she was extremely enchanted by the designs and added that her favourite range of jewels among the collection was Kusum’s Victorian pieces. She says, “ I love Italian designer jewels and her collection is has a very Italian touch to it”.
Kusum Jain, a jewellery designer who has been in the field for ten years showcased her latest collection, which included Victorian vintage antique jewels and Jodha , Rajasthani pattern inspired collection.
Rashmi Govind’s collection, Karishma, a unique range of earrings was also launched at the event. It was Rashmi’s first ever exhibit of her designs. Her inspiration for the collection is vibrancy of life, which can be seen in her colourful display of earrings. The collections include jewels made of 10 carat gold , embedded with both precious and semi precious stones.
The exhibition will continue for the next two days in Ritz Carlton, Bengaluru.
