BANGALORE: The Lokayukta sleuths filed a first information report (FIR) against BJP MLA from Dasarahalli S Muniraju in the Lokayukta Special Court on Saturday, in connection with alleged land grabbing case.
The court, on Wednesday, had directed the Lokayukta police to file an FIR. Sources said that Muniraju was booked under sections 8, 10 and 13 (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act that involves influencing a public servant and securing personal gain by misusing public office. Also, section 469, 471 and 120(b) of the IPC.
