Sukash may have assets worth Rs 40 crore

Actress Leena Paul, who was arrested on May 27, reportedly revealed that the conman could have invested a huge sum of money into diamond trading and dates business.

The Central Crime Branch (CCB) police who interrogated actor Leena Maria Paul learnt that her boyfriend and conman Sukash Chandrasekar, who is at large, could have about Rs 40 crore worth assets that he had gained over a period of six years since he began conning the gullible.

The actor, who was arrested on May 27, is in police custody for the past 4 days. She reportedly revealed that the conman could have invested a huge sum of money into diamond trading and dates business.

She confessed that two years ago, she fell for Sukash, who claimed that he had done his MBA in Australia and offered her lead roles in the movies he was planning to make.

There are more than 20 cheating complaints pending against Sukash in Bengaluru while seven cases were registered against him in the State, five of them in Chennai of which three were registered by Chetpet Police and two were pending with the CCB and one each in Madurai and Coimbatore.
